 Live CE Information

Course Overview
Conventionally, men’s health focuses mostly on prostate, lipid therapy, a possible testosterone reading, and whatever chief complaints the patient presents with. As clinicians, there is tremendous opportunity for us to guide men’s health to the next level, one that goes beyond just maintaining status quo. Recognizing how one is functioning in their symptoms and aligning with androgen levels, as well as other influencing factors such as body mass index, stress levels, thyroid health and more.

This CE will provide a broad and comprehensive approach to assessing and treating men’s health. You will be able to define andropause and recognize who it affects, identify the risks that could be related to testosterone therapy, and strategies for risk reduction, as well as recognize the different options for treatment, including medication therapy, supplements, diet and lifestyle.

Robert Kress, RPh

Robert Kress, graduated from Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia PA in 1994.

After realizing the need for a balanced approach between natural and allopathic medicine, Robert, with his wife Amy, opened their own compounding and nutritional pharmacy, which blossomed into a complete wellness clinic housing other integrative practitioners.

During this time, Robert became board certified in clinical nutrition through the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board, trained as a compounding pharmacist through the Professional Compounding Centers of America, certified in Quantum Reflex Analysis, a practice of kinesiology, Reiki, auricular acupuncture, and most recently, a Certified Primal Health Coach.

Currently, Robert consults with patients to enhance their health through lifestyle medicine as well other practitioners to help integrate, promote and implement natural medicine in their practices. Robert also provides workshops, presentations, and writes regularly on the topic of lifestyle medicine and integrative care.

Robert believes as pharmacists, we are offered the perfect opportunity to integrate natural medicine into our practices, as its core to the history of pharmacy. Patients are looking for natural solutions for their health, while practitioners are looking towards integrative care to help solve their client’s problems and enhance their practices.
